Big Art 2025 - impression

What a crazy ride to be part of BIG ART 2024 in Amsterdam! In the run up to the event I produced three monumental performative drawing works, but in the end I decided to go for a bolder site specific work. I’m grateful to have taken that risk and challenge myself and the work to become something else. And it certainly turned out different! It took me a while to process its strong and unexpected emotional presence that left me somewhat bewildered, but I thoroughly enjoyed all the response it got and getting to know so many other artists through the event.
A very BIG thank you to all those who came by and shared so many inspiring and thoughtful responses.
And BIG thank you to @annevanderzwaag and the entire @bigartnl team for creating such a fun and well organised event.
Really grateful to have been part of this year's edition!
